yes the chat bug was highly annoying. at least no one seemed to have any connection problems, id rather have chat problems than connection problems.

2 lap warmup will probably just be a 2 lap race on ghosts so everyone is warmed up and ready to go. (not everyone will have been playing the game before hand so its a good idea for people to be able to settle in)

1 second roll off will be on the start of the race, set in game. this is to prevent a big pile up in the first few corners, even though everyone should be being careful.

remember theres nothing wrong with taking the first couple of laps slow, so you can see how the other people drive and what corners theyre no good at.

basicaly as it reads,

2lap warmup with 1 second roll off. no ghosts. basically a practice start. increasing the odds of the proper races not having any issues, hope that clears that up

Ahhhhhh that was super fun

Cheers for the good racing! I got booted from the game as soon as the replay saved, which could've been worse.
Anyway yeh so I slid on cold tyres like a noob on the first corner of the feature race and picked up front suspension damage and was really unpredictable for the first half, pitted at 15 laps then on my outlap I went for an early apex to line up to pass Frog as we came on to the back straight but he clipped the tyre wall and got spun directly in front of me, meaning I had to pit again on that lap. That was just bad luck for both of us, I guess.

Good racing anyway. I can't believe the Country Squire is that fast with damage on; Yobbo hit a clean 1:30.4 in the race, while he and Challenger must've been conserving the fuel too. Good effort.

I'm looking forward to next week already.

Conserving fuel!? I had to make 2 stops, and still only had a tiny bit of fuel left at the end.I was catching the twoin front, but would have needed another stop if I did catch them.
Anyone got a larger fuel tank for sale?
Also seemed to have a small bug with the rear view mirror not loading.Managed to get it working at the pitstop by going into and out of the options quickly.Made it hard when I'd passed someone and not knowing where they were.

Yeah, I took damage on the left before the back straight, so I went with the early stop. If I'd have crashed 2 laps later then it would have been fine. Oh well, less walls at Watkins Glen to clip for next weeks race. I'm surprised that I was quicker in the race than hotlapping as well. I actually started to like the track.
